Yes, by default. The module is only enabled on your tenant and does not appear in the public catalogue. If multiple customers later request a similar feature, we may propose a standard version, but your exclusive version stays yours.

The custom module is tied to your tenant. If you stop Prepavol, the module stops too. A reversibility clause is in the contract: you recover your data and the source code if you pay the assignment fees (~50% of development cost).

The contract includes a source-code escrow with a third party. If Prepavol ceases activity, you recover the source code of your custom module at no cost.

The module is built using the technologies powering Prepavol, natively integrated into your tenant. No external dependencies imposed, hosting and maintenance handled by our team.

Prepavol is used by more than 30 clubs and ATOs in France. Several custom modules have already been delivered (custom booking, partner integration, executive dashboard). On request, we connect you with a reference customer.

For simple modules (~5 days), we can deliver in 4 weeks after quote acceptance. For complex modules, count 6 to 8 weeks. Modules over 20 days are planned case by case.

Yes. Prepavol is registered as a supplier with several French public entities. We accept simplified public procurement contracts and net-60 invoicing for public actors.
